I am currently a student studying athletic training. The thing that led me to this field was the fact that my friend was successful in losing weight by exercising in a gym. I went through a similar experience when I was in my last year of high school. My lessons taught me many things including machine skills, training theory, exercise physiology, nutritional science and so on. While studying, I personally went to get a health maintenace coaching certificate.
I was learning many things about health through exercise but I also wanted to study health from the stand point of food. Therefore, when I met Diet Academy, I thought this was what I was looking for. I spent six weeks to get the certificate. Some of lessons overlapped lessons I had already taken but many of them did not. I could obtain deeper knowledge about dieting now. What surprised me more was that I could get a surprising result where I could lose 2.2kg in weight and 1.6% in body fat percentage. I would like to continue what I learned from Diet Master.
